The Agreement

• The Trip Charge: This is non-negotiable for the client. It ensures our providers are respected for their time.
• Honesty Protocol: We track integrity. Ratings are based on honesty, not just speed. A low honesty rating is a removal from the network.
• Zero Tolerance: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unsafe practices will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
• Your Business, Your Rules: BTO facilitates the connection. The final service agreement, warranty, and execution are strictly between the Provider and the Client.
